Data processing pipeline for Tianlai experiment

The Tianlai project is a 21cm intensity mapping experiment aimed at detecting dark energy by measuring the baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) features in large scale structure power spectrum. This provides an opportunity to test data processing methods for cosmological signal extraction, which still great challenge current radio astronomy research. much weaker than foregrounds and easily affected imperfections instrumental responses. Furthermore, volumes of interferometer poses practical challenge. We have developed pipeline software called {\tt tlpipe} process drift scan survey from experiment. It performs offline tasks such as frequency interference (RFI) flagging, array calibration, binning, map-making, etc. also includes utility functions needed analysis, selection, transformation, visualization others. A number new algorithms are implemented, example eigenvector decomposition method calibration Tikhonov regularization $m$-mode analysis. In this paper we describe design implementation illustrate its with some analysis real data. Finally, outline directions future development publicly code.
